Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable. Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the workshop. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to arrive on time result in a credit for a one-time reschedule. No-shows forfeit the reservation. Credits are issued if a reschedule date is uncertain. Rescheduling or receiving a credit makes the reservation ineligible for a refund, and reservations can only be rescheduled once. Credits must be used within three months of the original booking.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled class.
We cannot accept guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late for the class.
Due to safety measures, the minimum age to participate in the class is 10 years.
Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian signature.
Children under 10 are not allowed in the workshop area.
The workshop includes all necessary materials and your own candle to take home.
You'll choose your fragrance and vessel during the workshop.
We don't allow food during the experience, but you can bring your favorite beverages.
Proof of ID is required for check-in.
Classes typically last about 45 minutes to an hour.
Candles take about 45 minutes to set after the class. You can come back to pick them up after that or any time before we close that day.
We can hold your candles for up to 30 days if you need to pick them up another day.
Workshop Inclusions:
Booking an experience covers all necessary materials during the class, including the individual candle you'll take home. During the workshop, you'll select your fragrance and vessel, and the instructor will guide you through the candle-making process. Please note that food is not permitted during the experience, but you are welcome to bring beverages. Proof of identification will be requested upon arrival for check-in.

Classes typically last 45 minutes to an hour. After the class, the candles require approximately 45 minutes to set sufficiently for you to take them home. You can return after 45 minutes or any time before the day's closing. We also hold your candles for up to 30 days, allowing you the flexibility to pick them up at a convenient time.
